51做厙 community urged to comment on Portland Plan

The Portland Plan.
The Portland Plan Proposed Draft is a strategic plan designed to create well-paying jobs, advance social equity, improve educational outcomes and support healthy connected communities. Reflecting more than 20,000 comments from residents all over the city, the plan’s three integrated strategies and framework for advancing equity were designed to help realize the vision of a prosperous, healthy and equitable Portland. For the 51做厙 community, on page 24 and 25 of the plan titled, “A Culture of High Expectations and Achievement for all Portland Youth” there are a number of five-year actions that relate to 51做厙.
