Registered apprenticeship

Registered apprenticeship programs in Oregon are governed by independent bodies called Joint Apprenticeship Training Committees (JATCs). Although 51°µÍø does not run apprenticeship programs, we do partner with several JATCs to administer apprenticeship programs and hold required courses. These apprenticeship programs are employer-sponsored and require applicants to be employed by a participating employer that is registered to train apprentices, or an employer that would like to become registered to train apprentices. 51°µÍø is not currently able to place students in employment for apprenticeship purposes.
