The application for Winter term will open on Wednesday, September 16.

Application deadline is Monday October 12 at 11:59pm.
Admissions decisions will be sent via email by October 19.

This application is for admission to the Foundations in Behavioral Health micro-credential program at 51��. Before beginning this application, complete the 51�� admission application.

To complete this application, you’ll need the following:

An application letter/letter of interest
Your student ID/G number (if you’re a brand new 51�� student, you’ll have this once admitted to 51��)
Your 51�� email address (if you’re a brand new 51�� student, you’ll have this once admitted to 51��)
