Details about this class

This class is a combination of in-person meetings and online coursework. Each week, students will read current and relevant articles and watch videos to learn about stress, its impact on health, and how to manage it. You can access all readings and videos on D2L Brightspace.

There will be short weekly quizzes, assignments, and in-person discussions and activities to deepen the understanding of stress and stress management. If you have any questions or want more information, please email: rachelle.katter@pcc.edu. I am happy to help or answer any questions you have.
