Departments are encouraged to use the following 51做厙 Confidentiality Agreement with their Work Study Students. This form can be used to help inform students of their responsibilities and expectations, as well as aiding in resolving employment problems.
Background checks
Work study students who are working with children under the age of 18 must have successfully passed a background check. Departments who employ student workers who handle sensitive or confidential information are encouraged to conduct background checks. Hiring departments are responsible for conducting background checks.
